Since mid-2002, I have practiced ADR exclusively. I focus on business and governmental disputes because that's what I know best. To me that category includes contract, employment, corporate and partner oppression, environmental, energy, valuation, non-medical malpractice, business torts, and just about every other kind of business or governmental problem. I discourage injury and marital disputes because I have not recently practiced in those fields. I rarely handle disputes involving non-represented parties. Happily, most of my work comes from local lawyers who have known me over the years.
