    About the show

The Quinn family's attempted Escape from Happiness takes place in the run-down east end of a large North American city, where this boisterous bunch of women and their estranged father refuse to surrender to neighborhood criminal elements and would-be crooked cops. Playwright Walker turns the pandemonium to his advantage, finding belly laughs and bona fide compassion in the midst of the mayhem.
